A CENTURY OF QUALITY REFRESHMENT--THE STORY OF ABSOPURE WATER COMPANY. Absopure Water Company, in Detroit, is celebrating its 100th anniversary of delivering ice and water in Michigan. Absopure came to Bookhouse with a 5-month deadline to research, write, design, print and deliver its turnkey corporate history, a schedule that most book publishers would say is crazy. We, on the other hand, said no problem. And deliver we did, flying in a writer from New Mexico and a photographer and editor from Atlanta, and in record time, publishing a beautiful book on time and within budget. This commemorative history was our first book in Michigan.
