OUR 75-YEAR HISTORY OF THE LEGENDARY HARRY & DAVID was delivered last week. Titled First Names in Gifting: The Story of Harry & David, this beautiful and colorful book traces the story of the two brothers who grew a local orchard in Oregon into an international institution. Long known for its famous pears, Harry & David years ago branched into other lines, including award-winning chocolates, other fruit, jams, wine, and its addictive Moose Munch. The company ordered 15,000 copies of the book to be sold through its website and in its nationwide chain of stores.
